Batch process

ResiDense is a digital planning tool that uses planning application data and machine learning to estimate how many homes could be built on your site. It is currently only available for London.

Residense uses your site's latitude, longitude and site area (in hectares) to calculate its potential residential development density (in units per hectare).

For larger datasets of up to 50 entries, a batch estimation can be run on a csv file. Upload your csv file in line with the following example structure:

latitude,longitude,site_area
51.507561,-0.127931,0.21

The file will be returned with a column containing the predicted densities for each site.
